This is the same path we use on WhatsApp when someone buys a Voodoo IPTV subscription. Have your username, password and server URL ready. Prefer a human on the remote with you? Message support and we stay on the chat until Live TV opens.
Step 1
Samsung Smart Hub
Press Smart Hub, search for Smarters Pro (or a compatible Xtream player), and install it.
Step 2
LG Content Store
Press Home → LG Content Store → search Smarters Pro and install.
Step 3
Sign in
Enter any display name, then username, password, and portal / server URL from your welcome message.
Step 4
If the store app is missing
Use a Fire Stick, Android box, or Formuler on the HDMI port — we will still activate the same subscription.
Still stuck?
Send a screenshot of the Smarters login or Downloader URL bar. Most issues are a mistyped server URL or Unknown Sources still off.
